I love the running zombies. Should add a lot to the game, but the question remains if 1.) those are real-time shots and 2.) is that Chris Redfield of RE1 faire?

This video was shown for both the PS3 and Xbox 360, so I'm glad to hear it is coming to both systems, but the bad news is that I heard news that this is a so-called "target-render". Like many early game videos (Killzone, Madden, Ghost Recon 3) which means while the quality most likely will look the same in the final game, it is pre-rendered

x 568945465I think the control scheme ala Devil May Cry would work, minus the fixed camera.

and I loved the DMC control system...I'd buy Onimusha in a heartbeat if Capcom didn't have the tank-like controls in that game...

Yup.. Most games are matching or coming REALLY close to their target footage. Target footage is slightly different that pure pre-rendered footage because it is designed to look like how the game will actually turn out instead of just looking impressive

seriously...they keep getting hotter and hotter...can't wait to see this one now too...so it's dmc4, mgs4, re5, heavenly sword, assassin's creed, gow3, and ff13 that are really pumpin people up...sony is finally getting the ps3 on the right track!

What the heck? I think so. You can pick up Re 3 and 4 for PS2 super cheap at gamestop. I picked up Re4 after Christmas for like 6.99 lol
On the other hand, Re3 was a bissshh to beat but its definitely worth getting caught up. IF you don't do any of those, at least get Codenamed Veronica and run through that real quick.
Veronica is a good game to keep you busy for a while
I still fire up my dreamcast once in a while and you can believe C V still gets some play

The requirement for the tank controls adds an element to your stress...
That being said, I'm not a fan...and after playing 4 games for the series, I think I'm done. Pass on Part 5.

The controls on the demo sucked but the game was still a blast to play. The only reason why I won't buy this game when it comes out immediately is because Killzone 2 is taking up my time right now.
