Ya, it works fine, but it starts to hurt my head after about ten minutes.

 

do those surround sound headsets actually work? i almost bought some. Got a nice pair of Sennheisers instead. Very comfortable and clear.

 

And like 6 people accused me of hacking today because I was doing so well "If you're going to hack, at least get the nuke" was one of the comments. I'll have to start taking screenshots whenever this happens again

 

I never realized the importance of hearing footsteps...headsets help with that. Bad night tonight, lol. People either camp or sneak up on me, so lame.

Oh and I keep getting "lag" killed. I don't know how else to explain it. What happens is I KNOW I stabbed someone while they are shooting at me or I KNOW I shot someone at least once, but in the KillCam, it just looks as if I ran straight into them without stabbing or shooting.

Is that a lag issue or is it something else? I am absolutely sure I shot and I have confirmation (the reticule gets focused). In the KillCam, they aren't even hurt (no blood splatter).

This happens on a 15MB connection as much as it happens on a 1.5MB. Maybe I just need faster internet.

 

I think I figured out the best way to gain exp.... and its really kind of obvious. get as many kills as possible! just had a good team deathmatch express battle, it was me and another guy against 8 or 9 for some reason. the good thing is its easier to find the enemy since there are more of them.. had 19 kills and almost won. lots of fun.

 

oh yeah got my first AC130 strike, boy was that fun

 

and... my thumb likes me better now that I figured out you don't have to hold the stick down to keep running...

 

I was gonna pick this up as a PS3 testing game...but all my friends have it on 360 guess if I buy it, its Xbox.

 

pretty sure its a lag thing. Sometimes people call this out as "host". Whoever is chosen as the host for the match will usually have a tenth of a second advantage, which may be all that matters. I've seen the same thing... going up against someone who is host. On my screen, I shot maybe 3-5 bullets at the guy's chest, before he even shot, but I still died. In the Killcam though, my gun doesn't even fire at all.

That was regular domination. I got like 4 harriers and a chopper gunner. I think the other ~ 69-8 games I've had have been on ground war. I think I like the smaller games better though, because I don't get gayed from behind as much

 

So is that PC then? I swear the maximum amount of kills a team can get in a game is 75. Isn't each kill 100 points? I'm now

 

The screenshot was from domination, which doesn't count kills toward your team's score. All these games have been on domination

So anybody else think this game reminds you of the movie shooter? I mean the estate level pretty much the excact same as the house in that movie.

Not to continue the whole 360 vs PS3 live gaming arguement, but the lag thing is why I stop playing any live games on the PS3.

I just found a new glitch well not really, someone used it on me

was playing ground war with my friend and these guys were running around with javelins. as soon as you shot them, their javelin would shoot and kill everyone in the area. In the killcam, they weren't locked on or anything.

 

LOL gotta try this tonight. I wonder how big the explosion is.

 

It's crazy, I have no idea how they do it. One of my teammates killed 4 people with it (ground war)

 

well so much for that.. it turned out to be a break from COD to listen to some music and f*ck around on the computer, and nothing more. guess I'll play some more COD now lol

 

Apparently, you can lock on to enemy care package helicopters with the javelin, and when you fire it'll land on the care package, killing whoever was trying to pick it up. Definitely going to try this when I unlock it because it seems like a guarenteed kill

 

I made it to lvl 11...but I got killed a lot.

 

So who usually sets up parties on PS3? Playing with a full team is much more fun....

 

Tried to do it tonight. Couldn't replicate any sort of explosion upon death. Tried aiming, aiming w/ lock on, aiming down, aiming up and nothing seemed to work.

I started playing Sabotage today and it is incredibly fun. I also got a ton of points as well, just reached Lvl 70. In my last game, it went into overtime where no one respawns upon death, I saved up my Harrier, Precision Airstrike and Attack Helicopter (from care package) and used it all at the same time. Killed the entire enemy team

If you have multiple care packages/rewards, how do you switch between which one you want to throw first? Or separately, if let's say you have one care package and one reward, and you throw one red smoke grenade and pick up that extra. Then you have one reward already picked up, and one more that you still have to throw the grenade for. How do you pick which one you want to do?

Maybe I'll record something in a few days. I have to stop playing for a while because school work is really piling on and I'm not getting any of it done.

 

dang whats your overall kills and score ranks?

 

I'm low (bad low). If I remember correctly, it was somewhere in the 300,000 to 400,000. I'm guessing thats sort of average because my K/D ratio is 1.05 which is pretty horrible compared to some other members here.

I do have lucky games though. My highest killstreak was 33 but I didnt have nuke.
