Once again, quickscoping is starting to take over. Can't believe they haven't found a way around this since MW2 or just didn't want to take it out. They should take auto-aim assist off automatically when you are using a sniper rifle. Most bullshit way to play the game IMO.

I don't know how quickscoping is in MW3, but in counter-strike it used to be an art with the AWP. Don't know if it's easier in MW3 or not.

It's not the same with counter strike, iirc you used to switch back and forth between a deagle and the awp to quick scope.

In mw2 and mw3 I think you just run around unscoped and when you want to hit someone you press the button to zoom, but you don't let the scope come all the way up, it's like 1/4 to a 1/2 into the animation of bringing up the scope and you shoot. (if this makes any sense)

When I quickscoped in CS I would press right-click then left-click right after each other. Used to be really good at it, but I know others who were amazing at it.

You shouldn't be able to pull off a kill without the scope coming into view when you zoom in.

Ive been playing frequently over the past week and haven't had an issue with quickscoping. I have seen boosting on occasion (and thats totally annoying they couldnt fix that for a NEW damn version of the game) - I've been doing REALLY well with the P90..

was just playing a FFA and on top at 26 with close followers and I get knock on the door its the Chinese food delivery I'm like I get one more kill and run to the door grab the food run back in and am at 28 (bouncing betty) and still in 1st - I finish off the last 2 kills with P90 it was hilarious

Been playing Drop Zone mainly. Was able to go 44 & 21 at Bootleg. Nothing amazing, but pretty decent for me. Love the P90.

Just started playing this. The wife got it for me for Christmas, but my XBOX was enroute from Finland. I've only played it for one evening and am up to Level 18 or something. Will be on Friday night and maybe Saturday night.

holy carp, so I was having a few brews getting ready to go out tonight with a lady friend who was getting ready herself (random unecessary detail) and just had my best FFA game ever, on Carbon. 30-3, I just routed the place. The match lasted 5:21. P90, and I had a stealth bomber I didn't even use at the end, among a couple other things from the escort airdrop.. so fun. I'll dig up the replay, you should watch.

Goddamn, Team Deathmatch is such a safe haven for these stupid campers. If I wanted to get killed by a guy who spends the whole match in a corner/hallway with an aim assist sniper rifle, I'd go back to playing CS:S.

Has anyone been plagued with horrible lag? Almost every game, it freezes up where it's 4-5 seconds between frames. I go prone until it's resolved, usually 30s to 1min.. or until we get re-hosted. It's so fucking annoying that I'm ready to go back to BO. On PSN, both single and 2-player online play.. Ground War.


I do that shit all the time.. fucking hilarious. I'm not a dick and block in other players though.. wtf happened at 2:47.. how did he kill his own guy with XM25? That guy is a badass quick scoper.. damn.
