a question: souldn't ranked games put me up against other beginners?

 

it can't be fun if all you do is die.....I just need to get used to the controls, etc

 

I got sick of waiting for Family Video, so I bought it from GameStop. When the Family Video one comes, I'll return it to GameStop. I'll be on tonight after Heroes!

 

Damn, I get killed way too easily in this game.

saw there was a regular version and a limited edition for 15 bucks more... i cant find any info on what the hell would be worth $15 extra. anyone got any ideas?

either way, i plan on finishing the single player before i get into the multiplayer.. loving the game so far!

 

how do you guys do a multiplayer co-op without overwriting your current saved game?

 

you cant. co-op continues your single player campaign... it's one in the same...

 

i'm surprised they didn't include functionality for multiple save games

 

it seems as if they could have done a better job with the multiplayer as well... maybe i just got too used to the ease of halo2?

you can download it, but its like 1 minute long. and same thing over and over and over. nothing different than the commercial.

i'm assuming he means the game joining/creation interface, where Halo2 was certainly one of the best ever.

that said, I wouldn't say GoW is bad, just inefficient for groups of friends.

I played the game for the first time this past thursday, it was sooo much fun. my bro-in-law and I mostly played the co-op missions even still it is a lot of fun. Haven't tried the online play yet.
