I played for an hour or so a few days back. I enjoy it but I'm getting to the point where I get sick of doing the same tracks over and over.

 

I got my euro civic type R 3d with supercharged NSX engine. A class. So much fun to drive.

Just a lucky, 1-in-a-100 perfect launch. I remember when I was working to get the car past a 9.55.

What annoys me though is that I just fully modified a GT-R, nothing more, & it runs 9.2s with ease.

 

GT-R is stupid fast. I only use it for drag races since it doesn't handle for shit.

Just found out also that ALL of my stuff from Forza was erased in the transfer from the old xbox to the new one....wonderful. No cars. No levels. No season

well...it was really my fault. I forgot to back up the files (Forza files) before I traded in my old xbox with hard drive. But yes...the new console is so nice. I love it

 

I need some advice...I'm trying to make a car that traps very low 14s (Nothing higher than 14.3) in 1/2 Mile. My fastest is 14.3 with my Spec-V R35. Budget limit is about 250-300k.

 

^I will play with my GT-R or SV and see where they stand in the half. Is your GT-R trapping just under 23 seconds in the mile?

On to the DLC, been testing out the McLaren. Very promising car.

Yea...I'm really glad they added this car to the lineup because as far as potential "Race Cars" in the Acura lineup right now...this one is probably the best.

Apparently in the Forza forums guys are saying this car performs GREAT with the RWD swap and when modded to top tier A-class. Now I just have to save up enough money again to buy it in game

finally got my live account running for forza 3 . btw, already fully modded the tsx v6 up to S class. but i left it on fwd cus rwd really cuts the top speed; but a bit of understeer all over is the result. but not as bad as my 650hp integra type r fully modded

I haven't tried it in the mile yet but I manage a constant 9.4 in the 1/4 mile. I'm somewhat satisfied but I'm really trying to trap high 8s.

I also have a Superleggera that I threw in a V12 and a TT system but it's not as fast as the GT-R although it's almost 985hp.

You mean heavy? or nice?

If it's about lbs, any suggestions to what could trap high 8s then? I've stripped all of them of the maximum weight possible..I think I'm under 3k lbs on all of them.

 

Mark I think he means they look "fat" in the pictures you posted. They seem squished.

 

Huh, it's probably because of the size of the pictures..they looked better on FlickR.

Someone told me they trapped 8.9 with a Datsun 510. Wonder how much truth there is to that.
