Mark how was the Boxster S before you put the new engine in it? I bought one last weekend but haven't used it yet.

Rise that's ghetto but fucking sweet at the same time.

 

I thought it was good. Quick but not fast but that was probably due to the fact that I'm used to 700hp+ monsters in the game. If anything, I thought she handled amazingly well though. It's ideal now with the GT3 engine as it revs much higher. I'll be putting in the 997 Twin Turbo motor soon and I'll report back.

Yes I put the Brabus front and rear bumpers along with the Brabus wheels. I like the front bumper because it gets rid of the orange diffuser. The rear bumper has subtle changes in the middle diffuser. I'm not a huge fan of the wheels but at least it's a full Brabus Benz

The E63 is NASTY. I love it. It spins tires between 1st and 2nd and 2nd and 3rd

I drove the 2009 Holden HSV w427 and even though it was quick with the big V8, I wasn't really impressed

 

I was actually surprised that I beat the holden around a track by over 2 seconds with the e63. Oh, and I really like the way the taurus sounds, but the vaxhuall insignia vxr is much more fun to drive.

 

I think the Vauxhall is butt ugly. Haven't driven that or the SHO yet though.

 

been driving an S2000 often recently.. dam fun car to drive.

now i kinda wish i had one in real life..

 

Just curious, what assists do you guys use?

I don't use any assists, and I am not sure if people i play online use assists, but i get dominated.

Maybe they just tune their cars really well.

 

I don't, and when I used to play online allot I generally started private rooms and forced most of the assists off (it's always fun to see the people who aren't paying attention do a burnout off the starting line and lock up the brakes plowing into the first turn)

 

lol. i don't use assists unless i'm doing those lame R2-R1 races

 

^I always have them off unless I'm using a R4 or higher class car, in which I'll turn on the TCS.

And I have 4 S2000's

 

I see the times you post on some tracks are really good...and you play with the clutch dont you? crazy man

 

i'm not that crazy to have 4 S2000

but having 5 genesis dont hurt..

i'm mostly just laying down sideways on a couch and playing too.. lol

 

ok well. i just look at my previous time.. then try to beat that time.. see what i can do to beat it..


and i always thought my times sucked... thats without tuning the cars too..

 

Out of the new DLC, I really like the w427, the E63, & the vauxhall. The Holden & the Insignia have some pretty surprising amounts of grip

 

Whenever I'm done with a race on during the season I check the leaderboards of my friends and compare the times. It also tells you what assists your firends used and if there was any penalty or not.
