any advise on fighting lame naperville speeding tickets. he said he marked me going 57 in a 35. doesnt that mean he just started counting from a tree until i passed another tree. how does he know i was going 57 exactly if he was counting. did not use laser. on the ticket it says marked. naperville cops blow i was also 2 blocks from my house. he also searched my car for no reason and found nothing dumbasssssss.

 

Im not sure how to fight that sort of ticket, but why did you let him search your car?

 

lawyer. or just hope he doesnt show up to court. but what i have learned is to pay and get it over with.

 

How much is the ticket? Those are hard to fight and will cost more money to do so. Odds are the cop will show. Just pay up and stop speeding. =P

 

I'd get a lawyer or just pay & go to traffic school. They'll never dismiss it without some good $$$ spent. Every city is hurting for $ and they are not letting off. Here's one for ya...I got pulled over in Huntley in my wife's Civic...just ran to the store for freaking milk & a movie. He pulls me over for no front plate & too dark of tints. We both just jumped in the car with no license and of course my wife had left the new insurance card at our home office desk...soooo the cop makes us tow the car, takes cuffs me, takes me into the station and I end up with like 4 tickets (no front plate, tints, no license & no insurance). It was a pretty bogus night.
