Man that guy needs to listen to the engine a little. IMHO, the guy wasnt that great of a driver. A Z06 should beat a 993TT from what I have scene of one racing a 996 X50.

993TT's are just about as fast as the 996TT's. And w/ simple mods they fly, and a lot of turbo owners mod. A z06 shouldn't really hold up well to an X50 on the highway on a track it'd be about even IMO

Shit if this guy was one of my students at the track i would have pulled him in the pits and taken my helmet and smacked him a few times.

The corvette is a pretty forgiving car, just about get away with murder, but the sudden lifts in the middle of corners and the treating the gas pedal as an on off switch will come and haunt that dude someday

That's what I'm thinking, too. Most of his up/down shifts were about one second too late.

And what's up with some of those turns?! He was doing ok when he was following the Porsche's lead but the last half the dude was pulling some weird turns.

Man that guy in the Z06 can't drive, but even with the guy driving like a moron, they were still passing most of the cars.
