Awsome. I can't believe the C6 beat the Z off the line.
Of Note, I have raced in that exact spot. ATXCLS and I raced at the last Houston Meet .

The Z is a little bit lighter, and has more aggressive tranny ratio.
About the Z loosing from a DIG, thats all driver. The guy driving a Z is on the zo6vette board and he said he cant launch for shit. Never been to track and rarely races on the street. The race was a friendly race between 2 members.
Even the manual c6's all seem to be stuck in the high 12s some in the mid 12s. Trapping a good 4-5 mile per hour less than a ZO6. ZO6s run low 12s high 11s in stock form. Again these numbers are all with a good driver.

But, I had a chance to run an old school eclipse that had V-Tech in it, stok from the factory. Funny, I thought that that was a honda invention. Needless to say, I didn't run him.But, we did see a race between a modded busa and a heavely modded Z28. The chevy had about a hundred foot advantage, and still lost to the bike. What was even cooler was the fact that the biker was a chic!!

Yeah I remember the Eclipse guy, "It's got VTEC" :all A-CL memebers kind of looked around at eachother like "uhhhmmm":
