I went to Dubai and saw these things personally lol, no one is really out there when you hit the freeway, the only thing that will stop you, is the traffic cameras, out there in the middle of nowhere there are camera's setup so that if you're speeding it'll catch a picture of you and that'll be one ticket. If you think the driving there is crazy, wait until you go to Egypt, I guarantee you will sh*t your pants. You do get used to it after staying for 2 weeks though lol.

 

And they do this while still in their pajamas. Go figure.

And from what I understand through colleagues of mine working out of our San Fran office, Oakland is a zoo anyway.
