it's the sheer stupidity that makes it amazing. How can you fit an engine in that thing if the wheels are taking up the engine bay?

Props to the owner, because obviously a lot of work went into it, however, it still looks stupid.

Coming from a guy who likes VIP cars (to a certain extent) that's just silly. I'd never do that. Tucking looks good when its on a lowered car and when the tires are cambered outwards, but not when its all the way tucked inside the wheel well. But I can appreciate the work that went into that....

it looks even crazier than the toys
not something i'd pay for, or necessarily like
but as others have said... there looks to be a lot of work put into this truck... and i can definately appreciate that

Not to stereotype or anything, but I've always wondered how this sect of the car modding world gets money to do up their rides like this.

Off topic, but, didn't the Renault's back in the 80's have a feature like this? That it automatically lowers the suspension and drops it close to the ground when parked...

the same way most people do. Not everyone that builds cars like this are drug dealers. I know a few lowrider clubs where you'd suspect the guys building 100K cars are slinging......but they are just hard working folks like you and me

i used to have one of those toy trucks when i was like 12.
dub edition.

to make one in real life is just ridiculous. and i bet those rims are like 30x8 on rubber bands for it to not go into the engine bay much.

yea, there is a guy that lives by me that restores them...he's got like 5 in the driveway...it's always a trip driving by and seeing them all slammed to the ground

interesting fact, the DS was the first car to have front disc brakes...and one of the first to mass produce a EFI engine
