WTF is with the "shocker" ?!?

Hey guys,

I've seen at least 10 Hondas/Acuras in the last week with the "shocker" decal on the rear bumper over the muffler.
Idk if I'm missing something, but wtf is that all about?
What does it represent on a vehicle?

Makes you unbeatable in street races when combined with a VTEC sticker.

You also need the Mercedes "Kompressor" badge, the Audi S8 badge, 15 tail pipes across the rear bumper valence, a wing bigger than a 747, and a hood scoop worthy of a big block 454 with a blower.

Or you could drive this: (Courtesy of http://www.losercars.com/)

This is a shocker.....

It's just a sticker... no different then all of the other non-auto related things people put on their cars .

If you're looking for info on "The Shocker" itself... enjoy: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shocker_%28hand_gesture%29
