My nearest Honda dealer has at least one full-boat Odyssey with leather, video monitors, etc. as a shuttle. It was pretty luxurious.
Hey, I saw "Elite" on an Odyssey a couple of days ago... I didn't even know (or care) that trim existed in the US.

Also the way the rear tires catch the snow is just magical!

That's the stance and sort of wheels I like. Many people would still consider that too aggressive and low. But its nothing like that ugly heap above.
Part of me has to say the owner doesnt really like it. He just does it to be "different" and maybe even start drama since he knows people hate it. His license plate frame says it all.

the definition of luxury is not about what feature does the car have so much anymore as lot of 20k cars have almost just as many features as a 60k car nowadays. (even tho there is still a difference in quality of the hardware)
With that being said, a luxury item, not exclusive to cars, is about the overall ownership experience, how the car put together, the excess features, the unnecessary choices and over priced items. Basically paying for what you want, instead of what you need.
Bang for your buck and value should never be part of the equation.

When I got my 3G TL, it was the most luxurious car I'd ever owned. That never changed to me just because all the other cars progressed with the technology age and ended up getting computers in their consoles and air conditioned seats (let's not even mention the slew of driver assisting mods I abhor).
5.1 surround, plush leather power seats, auto up windows, nice power, great looks...I need no more than that in my transportation life. I sure do miss those automatic chest restraint seatbelts of yesteryear though.

, my 05 6MT 3G TL (purchased new) has 106K miles and at this point I'm gonna keep it at least another decade. May not have all the latest gadgets but still fun to drive, looks great, low cost of ownership.
