Geez that is a cool little deal there. For some reason it reminded me of a midget engine from the early 80's. OK granted you couldn't put one on your desk as a paperweight, but an interesting piece nevertheless. At the risk of some thread drift....the first article is an overview, the second gives more detailed info after scrolling down.

I wonder how much that costed to produce. I mean, CAD drawings (if he didn't do them himself), tooling for the mill / lathe, materials... I bet is was pretty expensive.
