If u think that claiming a stolen car is BAD than why do u think that taking parts off it is a ok thing for u to do. For all u know u might take one or two things off it and the cops blame you for stealing the car in the first place. DO THE RIGHT THING. call your local PD and let them know of the situation.

The car has been sitting there for 7 years and you have to pay for parking or else it gets towed away.... and yet there it remains. Chances of parking lot staff not noticing a car thats been sitting in the same spot for 7 years.... highly unlikely. And it is a stolen title, who knows.
Don't call the police. Didn't you say you opened the door and went inside it? Your prints are already all over the thing, I would just stay the hell away. You can wipe off the prints you left but I believe you can get in trouble for disposing of evidence.
