I was driving, then I heard a tapping noise. I pulled over and saw a thin strip of my tire hanging off my front passenger tire. I also saw how worn down it was, kinda freaked me out, its almost to the wire.
This is the Front driver, Normal wear.

This is the Front passenger side. Doesnt look to be camber like camber wear, its very thin and exact. I also dont think its rubbing on any suspension parts.

My last aligment was like a couple of months ago at NTB. If this is alignment related, can I get them to replace my tires?

So if this was caused by my toe being off, and I fairly recently got it aligned, is the place where I got the alignment to blame?
I did make an appointment for tomorrow though.
Edit: I just checked it was 3 months ago. The tires were wearing fine before that alignment.

Oh that makes sense about the alignment warranty.
Its just that I got the 3 year plan at NTB, and i've had so many issues with them. They give me alot of BS because im younger with a non-stock suspension car. I think i'll go to a different location.

That's why I always have them print the before alignment specs and after alignment specs. I even make them keep it on the rack while I watch them print the specs. I've seen techs hold a wrench while another one printed so that the car would look in spec.
Im going to ask them to do that^. No more excuses!
Alright, I gotta get some tires ASAP. Im most likely going to pick up two 235/45/17 for the front. I have 215/45/17 in the rear. Is this a bad idea? I want to get the other two 235/45/17 but I cant find anything at the moment, when I do ill get them on, but for now am I okay?

Your problem was you went to NTB, stay away from them, I had issues with them and would never go to them again, find you an older firestone station they might have one of the "old guys" still working there, they tend to help people more.
Techs make the alignment, not the type of store.
They told me its not alignment related, that its a manufacturers defect. Is this right? Idk even, I really don't. I even asked to speak to the manager, he told me the same thing.
The tech that does my alignment sometimes asks me if I want a sporty alignment I just tell him keep it normal im not racing anymore.
Find you a place that doesn't shift blame all over the place, and start looking now.
And yes I know and "old guy" at the sears that I used to go but I hate paying 100 buck for an alignment, I have free alignments at Firestone and took advantage of that.
Trust me go somewhere else they are not worth the hassle.
