What License plate is this?

Saw this yesterday. It has NO state and though it's hard to see in the upper left, there was an eagle symbol, almost like the presidential symbol.

Technically it's a diplomatic Staff plate, not a Diplomat plate. The Staff plates start with "S" and have no text on the red arch.

You see this all the time at the UN, and in NYC. Cops can't even give them tickets. It's silly.

And yes, if you are high enough on the food chain, you can make $150K a year or more.

My thoughts exactly. I Always think of Lethal Weapon II, they can't be arrested too, right?

Lethal Weapon II exaggerated the legal immunity of diplomats. Here is a little chart to help y'all explain what they can and can't do.

My bad on the traffic ticket , but they can not be apprehended. There are procedures for that.

Cops can and do ticket them. They can't tow their cars though or do anything about it if they don't pay though. There was a story in the news a few years ago citing which countries owed what to the NYPD in unpaid parking tickets and it was in the hundreds of thousands of dollars for a few countries and over 50k for many others.
