What kind of Rim is this???

I got these rims awhile ago and they have been sitting in my garage. I was looking to put them on my TL, but they are 16x7. My stock TL-S rims are 17x6.5. Now I want to sell them, but don't know who makes them. Can anyone tell me what kind of rims these are and also who makes them??? Thanks..

If this is in the wrong section, then can a mod please move it??? thanks.

Yeah, I forgot to post about that... the centercap says konig, but i checked their site and they don't have a rim like that... Also, I saw a mazda 6 with the same rims but he had a different centercap. I also have seen a mazda miata with these rims with the same konig centercaps... but that emblem (etched into the rim) is not konigs emblem. Their emblem is a crown...

Also, I found out some more info.
On the back of the rim are the following etchings:
NO124 16x7JJ - Don't know what NO124 is, but 16x7 confirms the wheel size and width
VIA 690 KG - VIA are marking from Japan Vehicle Inspection Association, so that tells me these rims were manufactured in Japan and imported. That marking also tells me that this rim is an alloy (usually aluminum). Don't know what the 690KG means...

Damn, google is my friend...
the 690KG is the load limit. These rims can handle 690 kilograms (~1,518 lbs)
Is that right??
