What do you call this part?

My coworker has a 2007 Honda Fit and I guess his front passenger side window is broken. The glass itself is fine but those little things under the glass are malfunctioning. The shop that he went to is trying to charge him like 500 bucks to fix this.

Is it possible for him to just buy those little pieces and get them replaced at a lower cost? Just trying to help him out.

Thanks guys.

Usually those pieces are glued onto the glass. Are you sure that is the part that needs to be replaced? They dont break usually

That doesn't look like springs or coilovers for an MS3?
