Water Wetter
I was bored today and bought this stuff at Autozone. It claims to prevent corrosion and let the car run cooler by minimizing air bubbles in the water of the antifreeze. The website said horsepower should increase anywhere from 1-3%. So that means I just freed up 2.7 horses !! And... after factoring in the drivetrain loss, I should gain a whopping 1.809 horsepower !!
I can't wait to Dyno it and get the results on paper.
Just kidding....

this water wetter DEFINATELY WORKS!!!!!! I use it for my motorcycle and it runs about 10 -15 degrees cooler than normal motorcycle antifreeze. Dont just take my word for it, try it and you'll see what i mean. I was in disbelief when i was introduced to it by a buddy of mine.

Water Wetter is designed to help water only (no anti-freeze) systems. Anti-freeze has the same surfactants as Water Wetter by nature.
Most racing clubs do not allow antifreeze on tracks, so Water Wetter is used by those folks. Also, water systems (no anti-freeze) have better heat transfer, which is also important in racing.

I used this stuff in an rx7 i had previously, it definitely helped. I had antifreeze/water mix. Obviously for cooling the more water the better, but even with antifreeze this stuff helped. From what i remember it had info on how well it worked with various concentrations of antifreeze.
I don't know that it would help in the tl. I don't really understand how they claim to increase horsepower? The coolant temperature isn't regulated by the coolant. But in cars that have trouble cooling, like my rx7, its good stuff.
