This is how I would rate them from that list with ugliest being first:

1. Pontiac Aztek
2. Honda Element
3. Scion xB
4. Subaru Baja
5. Chevrolet Avalanche
6. Chrysler PT Cruiser
7. Hummer H2
8. Dodge Magnum (best looking wagon out there IMO)
9. BMW 5 Series (it grew on me)
10. Chrysler 300C (this car is not ugly at all, WTF are they thinking?)

honestly, i dont think the 300c and bmw looks that bad at all. the magnum is ok, but looks too much like an old school station wagon with a cross on its nose.

The 5 and the 300c have no business on that list. I would replace them with either the G35 (both), 350z, Maxima, FX, SC430, GS, CLS, SLK, Mustang or Celica.

I agree with the Maxima, but not the other cars you listed.
