ahah! I didn't realize it, but I guess I was right - just a little tweaking & it's into the 12s. I don't mess around there as much as I ought...I generally feel that AZ >> CL.

on a side note...did you like the blacked out emblems much? I'm getting the vinyl for the rear lights & reflectors for christmas

normally i'm on AZ more, just pop in there once and while. the posts that people make on there makes me feel dumb. ex: "when i hit the gas hard the car shakes and doesn't go anywhere to fast is this normal?" yes it's called wheel hop dumbass. and "what intake is the best?" ten threads on the subject on the main page alone search!

i never got the e-mail you tried sending me......PM the link to the album or i'll shoot you my e-mail again. i put on the readouts and not the smoked vinyl because i kinda like the red on the tails. i just bought a tone of detailing supplies for the car and they should arrive today, need to wax before snow hits! right now it's mess.......but i'm anxiously waiting for coils from tanabe...hopefully they'll come through.

last two runs had the seat in and was at a 13 flat.....

even though i have the 250 bc of the awd i drove the 350 and it hauls ass. and y father has the GS350awd and that things moves too but not quite as fast. Lexus under rates their cares a lot and 250' run quicker then whats advertised on the site.

You have the AA xede, no? I ran a 12.715 last week with AA and my catback.

Then again you might have just been joking around, in which case I am dumb. :p

Ya, my regular street tires (t1-r's). That was my best time, most were 12.9-13.0. Traps were ~109-110.

I will say 12.8 for an IS350 without a supercharger is a damned good time.

^^Awesome times. It's a really exciting time to be into cars. There are so many sub-13 second cars available.

I wouldnt call taking out a passenger seat "little tweaking"

Plus i heard the driver only weighs 160lbs.

So while this IS350 hit high 12s, its really not that common.

well removing the seat isn't commonplace, but it's not too difficult & I would still call it a little tweaking if he had performed another mod to bump up hp instead of the seat removal.

I heard he weighs 315lbs.

What else can you do to that car outside supercharging it? He has an exhaust, intake, and custom mid pipe... I am not super familar with IS350 tuning, but with my NA G35 you could do an intake, exhaust, plenum and that was pretty much it without slapping on a blower.

but i wonder if he's not doing like 100 shot of NOS.
like a 2 stage 50 shots.
he might be putting down wicked times now but if keeps on spraying i give him a year he'll be overhauling a new IS350
