I'm pretty sure that all interstates have a 40 mph minimum, except in construction zones. I'm not sure where I read this. Hmmmmmm

WI has a 45mph minimum on the interstates.

Drove from NC to NJ on sunday-alot of the time in the pouring rain-numerous accidents-

I did my research and I was right, MA does not have a "minimum speed" for interstates. The closest thing we have is this..........

I traveled I-15 to Vegas in August; when it came to 75-80MPH limits, I didn't change my speed much. Kept it at 80 regardless, was too scared to go any faster.
