Used Car advice...

Well, we are looking at trading in the wife's Explorer....

Need some info/feelings about the following vehicles from my AZ brethren...

2000 Maxima
2000 Accord LX
2002 Altima
2003 Stratus
Any other 4-door mid-size sedans I am overlooking

Anything you can tell me regarding reliability, drive comfort, etc. would be helpful.
Thanks

To bad you weren't looking sooner, I would have sold you my moms Maxima. 2001 GLE fuly loaded with 80k miles we let go for around 10k.

Go for a Maxima though. Really solid cars. My mom has had two and neither had major problems and she puts on 20k+ miles a year.
And stay away from the American stuff. Their lower end sedans are built like shit.

My sister has an older Maxima. She likes it...

I like the Accord out of the ones you listed...

the Maxima has some awesome potential. great aftermarket section, smooth, reliable, strong ride. if you could find a maxima se for a good price, you'll love it. an accord lx will feel really cheap after a while..

Maxima would be my choice. It was when I bought the CLS and probably will be again in the future.

A Passat and AWD Legacy GT are two others I'd probably add to that list ahead of the Chrysler. I dont think I'd actually purchase either in the end though. Maxima wins out for me.
