If ownership of the Roady goes well, I plan on adding an M Clownshoe at some point in the future. I don't think I can afford an S54 model though.

I'd love a Z4M Coupe someday. Hopefully they aren't all wrecked or modded by the time that comes around.

One reason BMW is better than Toyota. Getting rid of Aux air is as simple as headers & tune it out.

Header doesn't have the port that's in the oem header.

The waiting is the hardest part....

Also, the builder said he would send progress pix Saturday, Monday & now today.

He is not nonresponsive but isn't responding like before I sent 2k for the parts. Not saying anything nefarious is happening but it's not fun having 2k out there.

People don't like pushy. Just give him some time, I'm sure he'll come through.
I'm assuming you did your homework on him like you do homework on everything.
So I'm certain it's in good hands.

Your idea of a wide berth is a dog training collar with the spikes facing in.
He has your 2 grand and it isn't easy to find quality work. Just be nice.

yes I’m old.

I get it though, I have some work done on a Jetski by a friend of a friend and when it goes silent for a week I get a little nervous. But, eventually I hear back and I even went to see the ski and all is good.

Pulled the reservoir 2x. First was not happy with the wire tie mounts, then read reviews the fittings leaked. It's mounted with nuts & bolts & all the fittings now have silicone tape.
