24k trouble free miles..... I think it is pretty reliable
I actually have to find reasons to go to the dealership to get the free car wash now
I hope you are ready for the E-Steering tho... After had the F30 for 3 years and 2 years with F36, i still hate the steering.

So, I call this morning...Motherfuckers say they don't give loaners for oil changes. So, I call Santa Monica, etc..They all give a loaner with an appt. But Beverly Hills....Beverly Fucking Hills wont give a loaner? Fuck them.

I am not ballin enough to go to Beverly Hills BMW
But usually loaners are only available with appointment and of course it all has to do with the specific Service Adviser that you are dealing with, They have the power to give you a loaner for pretty much anything.
So far i have received loaner for everything with appt.
If Beverly hills is really close to her work, i would just drop off it and ask them to shuttle her back to work and pick her up when it is done. I personally would not drive far just for a loaner unless i really need 1.

I hate to say I feel entitled...but after leases with 2 toyotas and a jeep...where every time I needed a service or warranty issue done I had to work out times and openings where we could be without a 2nd car, or I was able to sit and wait for an oil change, one of the reasons I went with a luxury car this time around was to be able to get a loaner and be able to move about my day without shackles. So, I have to call bullshit on this one.

To be honest, N54 with your tune and N55 with JB4 are very comparable. It is not that big of an issue.
But going from E9X steering to F33 Steering will take some... a long time to adjust. But it should not be a deal breaker... the steering is just as heavy in Sport/Sport+ But you still lose some of that feel when compared to a hydraulic system.

It's a convenience and "secure feeling" issue for my wife. She doesn't like using shuttles, uber, etc...Yeah, I know and I'm not going to argue with her on it. And making an appt is no issue, we can do that easy...but where every other bmw (and luxury dealer) offer loaners for everything...to be told by BEVERLY HILLS BMW who thinks their dick swings wide, that they don't offer loaners for even just an oil change...that's obnoxious.

But because of the limited availability of loaners, appointments are usually a must. In Beverly Hill's case, they are just being a dick because you know they are in Beverly Hills.
I usually make an appoint 2 or 3 weeks in advance for the loaner.

Every time I've taken a car to one of the BMW dealerships in the area I've been provided a loaner; even for oil changes. A couple of times BMW North Scottsdale rented me a car when they ran out of loaners.

Sooooooo, here's the latest: State Farm sent an adjuster out to verify the increased estimate. The body shop was at $10,700, State Farm came up with $10,300. At this point, I'm thinking the car is a total loss based on my market value research. Well, not so fast! State Farm apparently values my car at $15k (even with the mileage)! 75% of that is around $11,250. Since the repair estimate is still below that threshold, they've authorized repairs and it appears I'll be getting my own car back in a few weeks.

$15k? you sure you dont want to push them to get it totaled?
I mean you could essentially be driving the same car and make some $$ in the process.....
