Trading It In:(

Hey whats up fellas.
Looks like i may be trading my 05 TSX in sometime soon for the new 2007 Camry.
I love my TSX but i am gonna need a bigger ride with my family getting bigger and all. I tired to stick with Acura but they were trying to stick it to me on a lease. So that was a no go for me.
I have been part of this site for sometime from back in the days when its was just TL's and i have seen it grow. Its been great owning Acura but i think its time for me to think for the long term.

Hopefully i willbe doing the right thing

How much is your family growing and how fast? How long do you have on your lease? Regardless of which car made you go with, you're going to get screwed if you break your lease. If you can stick it out, stay with the TSX until your lease is up.

I only have one kid (almost a year old) and the TSX has more than enough space. Then again we have a second car. If its your only car then it may not be a bad idea.

I have a 7 year old and a new born on the way. My seven yer old is a pretty tall kid for his age.

I am financing right now so i would not be breaking any lease or nothing, the most i would think is maybe the loss on the neg equity in the TSX

The 2007 Camry XLE gets the same amount of gas mileage as my TSX and the car is actually bigger. Not only that but i really was not getting any type of price break on a new TL let alone a new TSX at acura

V6 XLE w/ NAV ... we feel so sorry for you!

It's at least as pricey of a car as the TSX, probably more with the NAV.

Are you sure you need a larger car? I have two kids and the TSX does an admirable job with space. Are the rear seats as spacious as the Accord? No. But, they are fine for the kids ... The trunk certainly is large and can accomodate tons of stuff. At least wait until the family actually gets bigger and try it out to see if you really need a larger car.

And, if you decide you really need a larger car, try an Accord V6 with a 6MT. Much more fun than a Camry...

If you get really lucky, search Ebay on your area for a Lexus GS300. I got the 05 Camry and really like it, but still like the Lexus.
