traded my green CL. pictures inside.
sooo i convinced my sister to trade me cars since the CL is so difficult to mod. now i have her '95 c280
thanks to my good friend tommy for doing this photoshoot for me. let me know if you'd like a photoshoot for a great price!

yes, we had to drive in the middle of the road at midnight, tommy would run out, shoot some pictures and run back in before a car would come. hahaha

lip kits are hard to obtain. they're discontinuing a lot of products, IE comptech supercharger. yes, fwd is bad. but i'm happy with the C class. it sounds nuts when the exhaust is warmed up. definitely slower than the CL but its not too bad. i like sedans better than coupes. but whatever! i'm happy. looks good imo. its like a mafia car. hahaha.

The 95 C280 is a reliable, old school Benz. Modding her will be expensive, however. I suggest checking out a copy of Mercedes Enthusiast magazine... the Europeans sell tons of great accessories for your car that you'll never find in the States.
Just keep an eye on the head gasket and you should be fine.

Very clean, I really like that generation C-class, I came REALLY close to picking up a new C280 in 98, instead I ended up with a Catera, I know I made the wrong decision

Great looking car! Nice tunnel shots as well. I don't know about the whole easier to mod thing, but I'm sure you'll enjoy the new ride since, well, it's new.

"big body" benz for cheap - best part about that c-class.
you say you were looking for affordable modibility and speed??...if i didnt read a couple captions / thread title, and only looked at the photos, then i would make the assumption that you traded the OTHER way around.

i was going to go but i'm going to EDC this friday and have a couple birthday parties. i know my goodfriend ryhi is going with his lexus LS. i wish i could've made it. have fun!
thanks for all the compliments guys! the car is great. i didn't trade because it was faster or "better looking" i thought it'd be easier to mod, more rare (rarer? i think its more rare, lol) to mod. and more fun! hopefully my sister doesn't mind the extra ponies the CL has. hahahha.
