Which Tokico Shocks would you get?

should i go with just the non adjustables for 265 or should i get the 5 way adjustables for 100 dollars more?

what is every ones opinion. personally i like the adjustables but i can't really see my self adjusting them all the time. yea on high way trips it would be nice to make it plusher than when im being sporty.

just asking for every ones

thanks

i've got the Illumina's and i like em. I find the adjustability very useful depending on how many passengers i have or if i am carrying a lot in the trunk adn what not.

seeing you have the Eibach pro-kit. I'd recommend the the Eibach shocks. those shocks are tuned to your set up. I was just on Nopi.com and for all 4 it was 320 without shipping. I know it's probably more than what you wanted to drop but it's set up for your car man.

i see...

but the eibach suspension is not adjustable..

might as well get the adjustables but i know what our saying made for it.

well i bet these springs are rough on shocks cause it has been a week on the stock struts and i blew the rears out. kinda kicking my self in the ass now but oh well.

ahh yes yes, you are dropped pretty aggresively. the only other struts i'd recommend are the koni's but they are way out of the budget

I got non adjustables, b/c the probability of me actually adjusting them would be 0.

And I havent looked back since I used the money I saved for a strut bar

well i called tokico, they said the 2 inch drop is ok, it has been done before. he said you won't ruin any thing just have to trim your bump stops.

plus there is a lifetime warentee on them so i can't complain about that. so if one does go they will replace it for free. so for 370 for the adjustables it seems pretty good to me.

i also read many reviews of them and every one seemed to be very happy with them.

thanks for the help.

For a comfy ride with solid control i set them to 3 front and back. if i want it stiffer like during runs at meets, i hit 4 or 5 in the front and 4 in back. I've been meaning to poke a hole on rear dash but haven't gotten around to it yet.

I bought Illumina's as well, how hard is it to adjust them....And is their a big difference between the settings? Lastly how stiff is the number 5 setting (Over stock, how much stiffer is it?)

Yeah 5 is pretty stiff, but its still comfortable to a certain extent. It isn't bone-jarring, but very tight response.
