My TL got egged the other night. why?. Not sure. Stupid kid pranks. I tell you, this stuff is tough to get off.

I say try to track down egg shell fragments, dust for prints, use fingerprints to track down egg tossers, commence beat down, grab a few cold ones and enjoy sweet revenge....

My car was egged twice by stupid kids! The key is soaking the area with a lot of water. DO NOT PEAL the egg shell off the paint because it will cause a chip in the paint. Long soaking with water will slowly cause the egg shell to come off. Best of luck!

A friend of mine's BRAND NEW White Camry Hybrid was tagged with black spray paint by some kids a couple of days ago. He about had a heart attack when he saw it, but he went inside and got one of those Magic Erasers from the house and it came right off. No sign whatsoever of the spray paint.

Don't know if those things will take egg residue off, but just thought I'd throw it out there. And by now you've probably washed it 5 times and waxed it twice...

My car got egged a couple of years ago - while I was driving. Nearly had a heart attach when I heard the thud on the roof. The paint is "shattered" where it hit.

Can't be sure, but it looks like the egg broke on your windshield. If that's the case, be thankful it wasn't worse. Still sucks, though.

 

sorry to hear/see that...stuff like that makes me so angry. it's just so stupid and unnecessary. i hope whoever did that get what they deserve.

My car got egged earlier this year, too.
In a full parking lot at my apartment complex, they singled me out.
Now, I don't even really talk to many people in the neighborhood, and the few times I have, the conversations have been friendly and pleasant.
The kicker is they also egged the door/window/patio of the apt next to me.
So, I think someone saw me walk from my car towards my door, and just got the apt wrong.
I have no clue what I did and who I did it to, but somebody doesn't like me.

I headed out one morning to go change the suspension, and came out to egg shit alllll over the car
Decided to bring the girlfriend out, wash the car with me (soap, water, and and a sponge worked fine), and then went to a nice big lunch in a sparkling clean CL.

 

Some jerk kids kept egging cars in our neighborhood last year. My mom's car and our neighbor's grandmother's car is always parked on the street, and they got hit multiple times. It friggin pisses me off. They better not do that again this year.

 

Like my wife said when my CL got egged the first day we moved to Edmonton:

"hey, it could have been a rock"

 

i had some dumb ass egg my car one day, he didn't notice that i had cameras in front of my house.....come to find out it was a kid from down the street....lets just say i ran out of a fresh tank of air in the paintball gun.....

 

one of my friend's car got egged and he just made a checklist of which houses in the neighborhood had teenagers. So him and his buds just decided to egg every house...his car never got egged again...

 

what a waste of food, don't they know people in third world countries (and in my home) are starving?!

When I had my CL, some old (pathetic drunk) bastard egged it. Now I have cameras on the car and no problems.

 

Very very hot water coming from a high pressured hose will get it off...

yes, this brings back memories when i was a kid during christmas they had those commercials about starving kids in Ethiopia. when i saw that commercial, i felt sad for them and i gave my coin savings a charity.

has anyone's car been tee-peed ever? a few years ago i saw a neighbors house tee-peed and they also tee-peed their 2 cars.

 

when i was in h.s. one of our teachers cars was tee-peed they put honey all over first

 

Eggs.. Eggss...
Was standing outside my work place with about 10+ people. we were all around 20 + years old at mid-night.
then there was a car who drove by, stopped at a distance, threw two eggs over at us. ONE hit the building and the other ONE hit right at my friend's shirt, right at his body.
And remember, we were like OUT-NUMBERed and he still dare to threw at us. But yeaa, since he was quite far away, we didn't really have the time to GET HIm. (I tried chasing him with my car, but didn't work out)

and the one who threw at us's around 20ish as well.. @@
So yea, not just kids, even young adults threw eggs too.

 

makes me mad when something like that happens from inconsiderate kids. but at least they didn't kick your car........

when i was a kid we egged a few cars, i remember hittin this rice rocket eclipse and the kid drove around the block for a long time looking for us

 

Happened to my car when I was in High School. Some of the kids thought I was stuck up but I was just socially shy and just avoided gatherings and ate lunch by myself. Hope karma evens things out.

 

I have had a blue paint ball hit the side of my old car (03 accord) before while driving through the ghetto. Stupid punks!!
