Tips on selling a car?
1. Clean it like nobody's business
2. Ensure that there are no interior bits falling off, or anything that looks broken
3. Have all maintenance records
4. Don't think you can get dealer retail, unless you can fix it up like a dealer

Some good selling points to mention if they apply to your car:
Original owner
Non-smoker
No accidents
Cleaned often (wash/detailed)
Garaged
Maintenance performed to Acura specifications
Still under factory/extended warranty
Also if you sell your car with mods don't expect them to increase the value of your car but instead make it more desirable (sell faster).
Try craigslist and cars.com to sell it. It also won't hurt to ask friends, relatives, co-workers if they would be interested in buying it.

I never sell anything to friends/relatives/co-workers. Anything goes wrong, it gets awkward.
Last thing I need is constant phone calls asking what's wrong, what I did and the eventual acrimony stemming from "selling a bad car."
Never do business with family and friends.
I sold our old Toyota-- in great running order and good shape overall-- to one of my brothers-in-law back in 2005. He's still using the car as a commuter vehicle; a couple of compliments and no complaints about it since the sale.
OTOH, I'm not getting into any other sales or business deals w/ family.

Detail the car and make it look good. Stay away from that junk that makes the interior look greasy.
Mention key items such as any modifications (switchblade keys, etc) and as well things such as Factory Warranty left for x months, y miles, and 105K timing belt service just completed.
The more pictures, the better. Don't take pictures from odd angles (crooked pictures) and don't take them around sunrise or sunset time or at high noon either (glare and distractions).
