I've been to that swap meet basically every 6 weeks since I was born

That is unhealthy and extremely rude, I haven't been to a ton of car shows in my life but one of the rules is you don't touch another persons car unless you've been granted permission. These nutbags grope and kiss any car they want to, the one guy is clearly worse and weirder then the other, but WTF.
