They can keep the Volvo and Jag.

...and the right car sits atop that list.

#3 is one of those cars where if it becomes too affordable, it's more than likely got a laundry list of potential issues awaiting.

Elise, E39, NSX. Only ones I'd really wint on that list. Elise & NSX over the E39.
Agreed that the right car is at the top.

I've got a neighbor with a silver 355 Spider (I think, might be a 348 Spider). Sounds nice. I think he goes to one of the cars & coffee meets pretty regularly in it.

Yes. And the 355. In fact, most of the cars on that list fall into this category. The NSX is the only entry that I would even think about considering. Maybe the Elise.

Don't you guys watch Top Gear?

Seeing this makes me realize how much the new NSX has to live up too. Those are some BIG shoes to fill in

Bahahahahahahahahahaha.

The Cockster is a Dream Car? C'mon. I'm the world's biggest Porsche fan, but get real.

Missing the e46 and e92 m3. Perhaps GTR, perhaps Cayman as well.

I'm surprised there wasn't a Vette on the list? A used C6 is very affordable now and goes like stink, but you still don't see them every day. The NSX or E39 were the only cars I really like on that list.

I'd think the Vette isn't on there because it's a fairly common car. Same with the Boxster ,though. Not top 10 worthy to me.
Lots of E39s, but not a lot of M5s.
Don't know about you guys, but I rarely see an NSX or Elise. Occasionally, slightly less rarely, see an XJS.
I don't think I've ever seen a Noble here.

Esprits are one of those cars you're better off spending top dollar for. Nightmarish to work on if issues arise, esp. in the twin turbo models.

Soooo much money^ Always broken or breaking. I loved my 911, but honestly, I should have just kept my Speed 6.
