x2, I love Mexican food.

They may have gone a bit far, but they constantly make fun of other countries. I think the only difference this time was all of their jabs were made in one segment, whereas the jabs against any other country is a small joke here and there.

They live in a different world where they expect BBC and others to pay for everything. Like all UK folks, they expect to be treated like kings yet show no respect for the same folks.

IMO stereotypes do not become stereotypes if there was not some truth behind them. The mexican ambassador needs to grow a sense of humor. Is Top Gear even broadcast in Mexico? I'd be willing to bet that less that 1,000 people in Mexico saw it anyways.

I don't recall the Albanian ambassador flipping out every time Clarkson mentions how little he care for them.

I do think it's funny that Britons even have an opinion on Mexicans in the first place. How often do they run into one? Or anyone from Central or South America for that matter?

Makes me wonder if Hammond's sum total experience with Mexicans is "Speedy Gonzalez".

I found this comment funny, considering that you live in Pomona.

I'm in a TG:UK overload due to this weekends marathon.

I will say something about Clarkson and crew: They are equal opportunity mockers, saying cutting words about all ethnicities and even commenting on themselves.

If anything, Albanians should be far more offended by the guys as they are derided as "illegals" on a regular basis on the show.

Thanks

Although I doubt it'll get much downloading, apparently there's some game on soon.

If TG does apologize, the apology will be a joke as well. I think a while back, the BBC came under fire for overadvertising a book.

Clarkson said something like "Recently people have been complaining about the BBC excessively supporting X book by Y author. So let us redress that balance, don't buy it." It'll be some stupid joke like that.

EDIT: They've already apologized:

OMG it's so funny I mentioned stereotyping Albanians! That made up the first 1/3 of the show. When do we hear from the Albanian ambassador?

I'd rather have the Focus Flat black FTMFW.

That was a great episode overall. I enjoyed the SIARPC segment, and a funny one is pretty rare. Especially the part when Ross was hacking at Jeremy during their "excercise"

Anybody else get the sense that Bentley really pissed TG off somehow?

Great episode. Sadly James May dies again in this show.
BTW...the earlier seasons have faster downloads now. I already have season 8-now. I started downloading season 1 and its downloading fast.

Probably more seeders. I think the full season packs, especially the older ones, arent HD. Thats a big reason for the quicker downloads.

haha at Clarkson. Hammond is the one who should say sorry. "Imagine waking up and finding out that youre mexican." Even if its not racist its still not funny. oh well he doesnt say the funny things anyway

did kate moss really go up to him at a party?
