I never thought of Lancia as the #1 on the list, but after that episode, I agree. Personally I was thinking Audi because of their racing heritage with their Quattro system, but hearing about them being beat by the 2wd Lancia, I understand why they weren't number one. But then again, Lancia hasn't made a car in close to 20 years and Audi is still going strong today making awesome cars I'm going to play Forza 3 tonight and get my hands on the cars they have available

The episode was great, but like others have said, why no Balboni lap? Such a sexy car

Now I thought the same thing and couple that with the ridiculous lap in the lancia and I wonder if the stig was even there. The lancia might have in fact been that tough and I'll admit it might well have been the coolest lap ever but something seems fishy to me.

Agreed. If he can push a Veyron or the Caparo T1 around the track with no issues, I'm sure he could handle the Lancia. Yes it was wet and it's RWD but still.

Only 30 mins later than usual, 8:30 PM GMT rather than 8:00 PM GMT. There are a few fake torrents floating around on the internet but the real one hasnt been posted yet, hopefully it will be within the next hour or so. It blows that mininova has gone down the tubes .

My cable modem burned out yesterday so I didn't get a chance to download and won't be able to until tonight. Agh. I also can't believe the number of fake torrents. All the BBC has to do is to simulcast on BBC America and I wouldn't need to download it. Why do they not see the demand for this show in the USA? Aaaaaaaaaaargh. I can handle Jeremy's occasional anti-American car rant, I'm a mature, secure adult!

I hear from a relative in the cable business, that BBC is a serious pita to deal with. They charge a lot money for the shows, because as he said, they just don't care. The viewing audience in the US is so small, that it isn't worth the money. It is a bunch of bs, my cable provider doesn't even have BBC America(this guy works for a different one). Now a good question would be why does it take 6 months for a top gear episiode to get aired here at all, idk.

I enjoyed the episode, although I disagreed with a couple of points. Didn't think the Q7 was ugly at all. I absolutely LOVE the new Range Rover, and that nav screen is absolutely wicked.

I was able to download it at the office this AM and watched it at lunchtime. It was a "meh" episode, though the "review" of the Twingo was pretty good. It didn't out-do the Ford Fiesta episode of two seasons (one year) ago, though.
