Pretty close to my idea of what heaven might be like. Fast lightweight car, empty roads, unlimited gas, no nagging to do the dishes or take out the trash.

Wow, I was expecting like a 1 minute vid of it driving around, maybe a drift here and there to look cool. That was awesome, it's amazing how much went into making the car

the 997 gt3 is one of my all time fav automobiles, but i thought that vid was boring. atleast, it was informative

 

That video made me cry! Im serious, its not fair that I will never ever be able to drive or own one of these things. My life has no purpose anymore after watching that video.

 

Interestingly, Jeremy Clarkson tested the GT3 and R8 side by side and the GT3 is definitely faster to 60 and around the track.

But Clarkson said the R8 was his choice because of just how amazing the car is overall. He was doing four-wheel slides through turns in an R8 (w/AWD) and was flummoxed by the experience.

 

well R8 is an everyday car whereas the GT3 is not.

 

just makes me sad that i will never in my life be able to experience any of that pleasure

today i had pancakes and it was even better!

 

drove past the Porsche dealer the other day, and out front was 2 white GT3's on either side of a red 360 modena. i stopped and stared......they also had a 911 with DPE's on it......that is all.
