Suggestions for next manual car to replace '05 TL

My 05 TL currently has 88k and I am thinking about selling it and get another manual car to replace it.

Nothing wrong with the car and runs just fine. The only reason I am thinking about it is because I prefer to not hold onto a car after it reaches 100k.

I was considering the new body style TL's as it does have a manual but I'm not too crazy about the look of them.

Anyone have suggestions for a preferably 6-cylinder sedan manual to replace the TL?

Thanks.

Sounds like he could be avoiding major maintenance. You know, kinda like how Mercedes owners do, flip it before the clock strikes 100k or out of warranty

Are you going for brand-new? Your options will be sadly limited if you want a 6-cylinder with three pedals.

If you just want something different and newer, take a look at a 3-series, G37 or newer TL. I think those are your only "luxury sedans" that will come with the right number of cylinders and pedals.

Give us some more details and (more importantly) a budget.

I'd keep the TL, since 88k is nothing for it, but take a look at my signature... I know what it's like to revolve that garage door and there's no shame in it.

This is the most vague post ever. Want car, must be 6 speed and a V6.

I'd buy either another 3G TL or a 7G Accord V6. Nothing newer with a V6 and 3 pedals is going to be as nice.

If you're ok with an I6, then there are many BMWs to be had.

What happened/what did you think of the Focus ST?

Thanks for the posts, all.

To further clarify, I am hoping to stay in the $20k range for my next car. And I am not looking for new but newer. Preferably 2011 and up.

I know that 88k is not much on my current TL, but I am planning on selling it possibly around early spring or summer as I want to get some use out of my Michelin AS 3s I purchased earlier in the year. I'm looking for suggestions from members on what their experiences have been after moving on from their TLs to their next cars.

Realizing as time goes by that three pedal manuals are getting harder to come by and options are slim, especially in sedans. Sure as hell am not going the Tiptronic route, though, for my manual kick.

Thanks.

I'm always on the other side of the fence.

Get something new if you are bored with it. Life's short.

Just work harder. Make more money. Get new cars.

2011+ and under $30K? Only options are

Acura TL
Audi S4
BMW 328, 335 or 535
Cadillac CTS
Infiniti G37
Lexus IS250
Mercedes C300
VW Jetta

Of those choices, it'd be between the 335, G37 or........ TL SH-AWD

If it didn't have to be a V6, then you could throw in other options like

Mitsubishi Lancer Evo
Subaru Impreza WRX
