I've been to 30 some Dave shows and while I'll hit Tampa and Wpb this year, his solos are getting out of control. Then again, as I get older, I drink less so that could be it too.

Steven, buddy, I was not happy with a single damn pic that I took...I deleted the lot...my viewfinder was out of focus and some settings were messed up...I was playing with the camera while uploading the video and fixed those settings...lets meet in a couple days and get some shots in

Here is the video, try to see it in 1080p

and here is the description that I posted on youtube:

Steven's C7 Stingray with Corsa Exhaust

Taken with Sony Action Cam: 1080p @ 30fps

Since I do not own a video editing software, the full video was uploaded..

Couple garage revs @ 4:33
We got on the road and some spirited runs from 6:25 onwards..

Finally had time to check out the video. Sounds great! Love it.

I had to wait six and a half minutes to hear you finally open it up and get out of first and second gear, though.

Car's looking good. I still stand by my earlier post that this is one the best looking C7s out there, esp. when the exterior still retains most of its OEM appearance.

I thought you had gotten wheels at one point, but I guess not. I think that's going to take it even higher level in looks.

Thanks Rick! No wheels yet....that's a future possibility. I just haven't found anything that really floats my boat.

LOL....Maj. No, I just pulled in for the pictures.

Let's see if anyone notices this....today I ordered red seatbelts for the car. Now, the Vendor I ordered them from is POOR at Customer Service. But he is the ONLY one that has them or can get them.

Let's see how long it takes him to get them to me.

Interesting placement of the Z51 badge. I like it.

Where you able to run 6mm spacers without swapping the studs?

My 0.5" spacers in the rear required me to swap the rear studs and it was a MAJOR PITA.

^^^^ Thanks!

The spacers were only 6mm, which is about a 1/4 inch. So the spacers were just slip-on's. I did use extended lugs.

UPDATE:

The red seatbelts arrived at the Vendor's! He now has the hardware too (to assemble them and put together).

I'm hoping he will be sending me the seat belts next week sometime.

Also, getting the hood liner custom airbrushed!

These are XO Wheels called Verona. They are specifically made for Corvette. They should arrive either Friday of this week or Monday of next week.

Also the custom painted hood liner is supposed to be finished tomorrow (Wednesday, August 26th) afternoon.

I don't have any word yet on the red seat belts. I tried to call the Vendor today......no answer, again...................

FRONT: 19x9.5 (OEM size is 19x8.5)

REAR: 20x11 (OEM size is 20x10)

So this adds one inch at all corners!

You know now you're going to have to really look into doing something to the suspension to make the wheels look even more proper.

I don't know about springs, but coils are around $2,600.

Since you've got the magnetic ride control, a set of springs is all you really need! I can't imagine them being close to the same amount as a set of coils. But it's all about baby steps, and you're going in the right direction.
