Black vinyl on the chrome bar would work great. Always KISS (keep it simple, stupid ).
I am a fan of the chrome wheels for sure. Not normally into chrome, but they work on this car.

Steven...
Put your pants on tomorrow, and pull them as high as you can. When you do, you'll feel a piercing pain. That pain SHOULD remind you of that set of golden nuggets you keep in your pants where you house your power, and your common sense, and your dominance.
In that moment, I hope it'll be clear who chooses the wheels...and who is boss.
That is all.
Gotta go...Betty is coming

Jeremy-THAT.....was classic!
Truth be told, I like the way these wheels look on the Stingray. Actually Rhonda doesn't care. I have a running total of all the mods I've done to the Corvette-you don't want to know. And I won't be telling her either......
I tell her that she's the boss. It puts a smile on her face and I get a big kiss. If Momma is happy, everybody is happy.
She actually really likes the flat bottom steering wheel and the Carbon Fiber center console (which matches the dash). I'm just about done modding. I've got one more set of things coming!
PS: Thanks for noticing my power, my common sense, and my dominance.

Steven the blacked out front bar looks much, much better. Now all I can see is a giant retainer when it's chrome after you mentioned it lol!
And I'm with you on keeping the chrome wheels. I was never, ever a fan of chrome wheels until I got my Charger. They just look right when they're a five spoke design on an American muscle car. They look better in person than they photographs, too.

I heard one of these up close yesterday for the first time, and they sound absolutely amazing. Interior is much better then I was originally expecting. Quality and fit & finish is really top notch.

Exactly MEKO!
Thanks guys-there was a brand new Jaguar F-Type at Fast Fridays last night. My car got MUCH more attention than the F-Type did, by a LONG SHOT. Plus, they revved it-it sounded awful.
Today I put the Carbon Fiber overlay on the "retainer". So it's a done deal.

They better match, looks dumb as hell when people have CF weave going every which-a-way.
I love it, Steven. That looks so much better!
