what you have on the car is "Performance Exhaust" which is a $1200 option...that has bigger pipe diameter and the exhaust tips are 4" as compared to 3" of the base exhaust....
SUPERTROOPER: on the menu setting, there is an option to leave the VALVES open or close (this option is available whether you get the Performance Exhaust or the Base exhaust). Open valves make it sound more aggressive and closed are more for road trips if you will. The open valves do cause some noises inside the cabin, which go away when you "close" the valves...This has nothing to do with dual exhaust coming on and off as Steven mentioned...man is getting old

Thanks Dude and Majofo.
The only other aesthetic mod I'm considering is putting 3M Carbon Fiber Di-Noc on the front chrome bar in the grill. The other option is to add a chrome trim around the mouth of the grill to match the chrome bar. An aftermarket company makes it.
If I chrome the mouth, it compliments the nose logo (the C7 crossed flags) and the chrome wheels. If I don't, it downplays the chrome. I can go either way......
I'm open to your input.

Steven as I mentioned, am not sure how the DI NOC will hold up on a curled up bar...I would take the grille out and have them color match the grille (am guessing the grille is Carbon Flash and not flat black).
I agree on not touching the Corvette flags OR the chrome stingray symbols...BUTTT I would start saving up for some nice wheels (ADV1/AG/etc)

It is....it's a blast. Now, if we would just get some nice weather in KC to drive around in.....

But.......I like the wheels, and so does the wife.

Somewhat embarrassed to say that I saw my first C7 in person today. (Bear in mind, most of my traveling now is done via commuter rail and NYC Subway.)
While I didn't embrace the styling initially, there's no denying it's road presence...which puts prior Vettes to shame.
Enjoy her Steven. Hopefully decent weather comes your way soon.

Thanks! Spring can't come fast enough.....If we can make it to Thursday, I think the weather and temps are supposed to break.

What he's saying is you make sweet, sweet love to your C7. It's a very well known addiction, you're not alone...

I let my car do the deed with the wifey's car

Yea, I was thinking that too. But it has the ZO6 logo on it, so I could not have used it. It's like someone putting a Type S badge on a Base TL.
Well, I called to order the Carbon Fiber side skirts and the front splitter today. But no one answered the phone-I left a message, but no one called back today.

^^^you have be confused with Justn
its funny coz Steven was mentioning that if I needed to move the car, he told me to go ahead and move it....I just didnt wanna risk shit...I have driven the car once and that was good enough for me...I dont want to take undue advantage of anyone's trust...the car stayed where he left it...
hey I was tempted couple times but I have strong will against things I dont own
