Yeah dude, it never ends with us.
That's part of why I end up fixing up and selling and moving on.
Otherwise I spend too much money on every single one.
and the more money you spend, the easier it is to spend it
the next time around.

I’m pretty much done I swear lol. Once I get this standalone and screen setup installed. I just want to replace a bunch of oem leather pieces. The car is 26 years old so they’re wearing. I want to get the interior to look pristine. The only other thing that won’t ever stop is new wheels. I already have my setup and a new wing for 2022. I just like to change up my look.

Thanks man, I’m trying to make this car my own definition of perfection. Speaking of that I decided last night I’m going to go flex fuel so I can go premium gas and or e85 if I want. I swear this build will never end lol.

E85 ftw!

In San Diego, there are maybe 3-5 stations that I know of and have used in the last year .. so yeah, a flexible tune is key.

A bunch of my SoCal nsx friends that are running e85 use an app that tells you where all the e85 stations are at. So I’ll use that.

Such a beautiful car; happy to see you've been taking care of it, with updates, since 2012. I'm hopeful that one day I'll be able to get my hands on one. I've already got a handful of dream cars, that I don't know which one I would really want anymore.

Thanks, it’s been a money pit since 2012. I hope you get one because it’s definitely been well worth the money spent.

It's been fantastic living vicariously through your build over the years. Even better that it keeps on going.

Fuck, I need an NSX.

Only thing I'm planning for my NSX is an oil change, re-do of front bumper repaint (should have left it alone with its rock spray, ugggggh), fresh brake fluid for the long trip to Oregon in a few weeks. Those, and a NavPod.

Wish you could make to NSXPO.

I look forward to when I’m only doing regular maintenance lol.

Thanks. Wheels are an easy way to keep the car with a fresh new look after having it for so many years. So it always feels new to me.

Did you order this new from downforce or did you have to find a used one? This is on my list of things to do.

its been a while but a few updates on the car. swapped in a new amp and got rid of my old rear strut bar because my supercharger was too tall for my old bar so I got one custom made by my shop since the company that made my old bar went out of business a few years ago. and I picked a new wheels for a new look.

Love the white TEs.

If and when you decide to move on from them hit me up. Although don't know if they would fit with stock fenders.

thanks, im only keeping for them for the year. i was probably going to get rid of them in December. they're 18x8.5 +22 19x10.5 +35, i use a 10mm spacer for the rear to clear my bbk. i previously owned these and ran them on my stock fenders. i sold them to a friend and recently bought them back after he sold his car.

after 27 years the interior isn't what it used to be so I've slowly been replacing interior pieces that are worn. these are just a few pieces but I plan to replace much more.

im now a huge step closer to my twin turbo setup. these were the last pieces I needed. 1050cc injectors and my gaugeart adapter.

Was your entire door handle unit bad or just the pull and close handle? Both of those are showing wear on mine and I am thinking of just having the leather piece wrapped by an upholstery shop and getting the silver handles from SOS. Or send them to the shop in cali that does the interior bits and have them done in carbon.

The handle broke off on an old handle so I ended up buying a used one. I finally decided to buy brand new because the leather wasn’t in the best shape on that one. I use amayama.com and megazip.net on all my oem parts. They’re by far the cheapest if you want to buy new.

I got rid of my old led tail light setup and picked a new modern version of it and sold my te37's and picked up a set of ce28's. I had to piece the front and rears together and got them powdercoated matte black.

i've driven this car 100k miles in the 10 years that I've owned. in the first 5 years I daily'd it and drove it through the worst of the worst weather and never cared lol. in combination of the grit and grime of thunderstorms of Florida and salt covered roads of Virginia, I had a pretty thick layer of grime under my car. I decided to get the entire car dry iced. entire chassis, engine bay and front bay. this was 27 years of grime, it looks like new again. I'm sure happy with the outcome.

and replaced my center console armrest. I'm just waiting on my new seat covers to get here and I'm interior is finally finished.

and picked up a radiator cooling panel.
