i was going back and forth on it for a while. but now i that i did it i like it. itll hold me over till im ready to go back to a nice set of 3 piece wheels.

 

I love the frog eye NSX and the black is a lot better in my opinion.

Just adding a few things turned that thing into a beauty.

The NSX is one of the cars on my to own list.

this size better lol. yea im really liking the black. i was really close to wrapping the roof/pillars black also but decided to keep it all red. whenever my new mirrors finally get finished ill paint them black. this is his first batch of mirrors so production is taking a little longer than he thought. hes producing them all by hand himself.

Just heard that exhaust, woo man, that sounds amazing.

You don't want to go overboard on the accents, but I think the black mirrors will be a nice touch.

Can't go wrong either way the car is gorgeous

 

As I said at the Stone Mountain meet, I think the black roof will really tie into the spoiler and the mirrors. Plus, the NSX was sold with a black roof so it wouldnt look out of place.

 

thats true the earlier ones did. i just love how the red pops in the sunlight and didnt want to cover it up.

been looking for a black nsx wearing red shoes. you would think it has to have been done but the more i search im still not finding any on that tip.

Yea I bet lol. From what I've seen online and talking to some guys out there Okinawa is mostly 240 and skyline territory. Those parts are a little easier to come by. The mainland is where it'll be easy to find nsx etc parts. I'm hoping ill get a day or 2 on the mainland.

 

Any Toyota or Subaru dealers near where you'll be staying?

 

That I don't know yet. But I can find out for you.

 

The NSX would be on the top ten cars I need to own in my lifetime.

 

That is awesome. Definitely a place I want to visit some day for sure.

 

Very excited to experience a different country and culture. Also being able to make some major moves with my car in the process.

 

Finished up this aftermarket setup console tear down. My oem stock setup is here but cant put it in just yet. Still have to order my new head unit setup that will be installed in a different location.

Started phase 2 of my interior restoration. I plan on replacing most of my interior leather. The leather on the door sills, on the door panel and the seats. Not a fan of how the leather is pleated on the door panel. Going to get it changed to a solid flat piece of leather.
