now that some dust has settled for me and everythings back to normal for me i can give the nsx a little attention. i have a BUNCH of upgrades/restorations planned for december.

even though the nsx was the flagship car honda has ever made that was nearly $100k. it still had the same weak window regulators every other honda/acura has. a vendor on nsx prime created a small fix to the slow going up window problem honda's are known for. ready to get these installed.

Got the sways installed. Feels so much better corning. It's been raining so couldn't push as hard as I wanted to really get a feel for them.

oh it will. going up steep driveways etc you can feel the car flex. all the targa nsx's are known for there flexing. it flexs more since my car is slammed. i got the rear tower strut bar on the way too (the one that goes over the engine bay) as soon as it comes out of powdercoating its getting shipped. its going to look just like synth19's. except mines is going to have a slight bend to it for supercharger clearance.

my custom bracket for the jdm navpod im eventually going to do. the nav pod was a factory dash mounted navigation unit only available to the japanese market. the bracket makes it so i dont have to drill into the dash to mount the pod.

Good to hear you'll be there. We'll have to link up again once we get in town. I have so much to do still to the car before IA. Are you going to the summer meet? I wanted to go last year but my squadron sent me to Hawaii during that time.

Very cool. My dad was airline pilot for 30 years; flew the DC-3, F-27, DC-9, MD-80 and B-757 during his career. I never caught the bug to learn to fly myself, but I've always enjoyed being around aircraft because of my dad.

Nice, but does stiffening the front and rear help that much when the weakness is in the middle of the car? Seems like an X-brace under the middle of the chassis would help you out the most.
/engineer

Awesome car, love it in red. Do any old ladies ever mistake it for a Ferrari?

yea they really do. im sure not as much as an X-brace would but everyone on my nsx forum has said both bars working together made a huge difference.

oh and EVERYONE mistakes it for a Ferrari. im constantly getting the "thats an Acura, really?" when i tell them what it is.
