Saw a McLarenF1 today

And I still think its one of the greatest cars of all time. Thing is tiny in person, but damn it looks good. Wish I could of heard it running though. It was an anthracite color which I had never seen before. Like this:

God I want that car.

Lucky, LOVE the McLaren F1, one of the few cars that I really respect as a true engineering masterpiece.

It still is my favorite road car of all time. If I could have one car and one car only (without selling it) I would choose an F1.

That pic wasn't of the car I saw, its one I grabbed off the net to show the color. I didn't get a pic of the one I saw. The one I saw was in BMW NA's warehouse.

The warehouse was full of 7s (lots of 760s). I also saw a hydrogen 7 and 128 5 door, but those were nothing compared to the McLaren.

While on the topic of exotics, my friend and I were heading out of town on Burnside and a Lamborghini Gallardo made a left turn in front of us at the light. We started drooling. Then about 1/4 mile up the hill a Murcielago was coming down. Double the fun!!!
