RSX on Motorweek

Next time they are going to review the RSX. I don't really know when this program comes on, you can check on it at PBS.org or your local listings.

I have TIVO and I never miss these auto programs. I have a Season Pass for Motorweek and Car & Driver which will record these shows automatically. When I look at my TIVO listing, these programs just show up there, stored on my harddrive, ready to be watched.

So ... can you tell TIVO to record a particular program by name and it will find it or do you have to have some idea as to the time the show comes on the air?

I just tell it to record "Motorweek" and it will record it whenever and wherever (station channel) it happens to come on. I never have to know times and dates or show durations or even whether it's a repeat or not (I choose first runs only). It's pretty slick.

my brother has Tivo...prob the greatest idea for the TV to date...one thing Ken, in case u don't ready know...make sure u record at not the best picture settings, otherwise your HD will fill up rather quickly...i've seen how fast 30 Gigs disappears when u record in best picture settings not fun...perhaps they'll make a 2nd generation with a bigger HD and more advanced search/record features.

Has anyone noticed how the side profile of the RSX resembles the Celica? Has anyone noticed that from a distance a Solara front end looks like a CL? Anyone also notice the Similarities between VVTi and i-Vtec? Makes ya wonder don't it

Yep, it runs out pretty fast. I'm going to switch to a lower picture quality setting and see if I can live with that (right now I'm using the highest quality). I'm ready for next gen TIVO....

I have 3 Tivos- 2 standalone and 1 DirectTv/Tivo combo. It really is the best thing in consumer electronics since the DVD! The service is $9.95 per month or $249.95 for lifetime. For more info check www.tivo.com .

Sorry about the off-topic.
