I tried a tank with no E85 mixed in and 50 miles into the tank I missed the pep of advanced timing.
Stopped in and topped off with 4 gallons this morning. I actually didn't notice a substantial drop in mileage
but that could be attributed to being able to not give it as much throttle around town with the blend. Plus the
cheaper cost is a bonus. It might be a wash but I like how it changes the driving characteristics.

Is that your instant mpg or average?
I dont even know how to get 30, let alone 39...
.. i average 21mpg and i do 80%+ Freeway and that includes my monthly 500 miles round trip to Vegas...

Nope. Homey don’t play that except when working with Jefford portraits. It is definitely a cherry pick though. Previous best was 38.3. Like I said, tailwind (normal for morning commute) and a magic traffic level that just cruised along at 60-65 with no stop and go. Slower and steadier than usual so more efficient.

Well, with the breath of relief to be keeping my car I reinstated my order for a Maxton Design front lip and rear trunk spoiler.
It's a little more minimalist than I anticipated but fit was great and install was pretty easy. I took my time and had to drill holds
under the front bumper to keep it all tightened down. They said it wouldn't ship until the order was whole in late August but to
my surprise I got shipping notification late last week. Got here Monday and I tortured myself with doing all my chores around
the house until today.
Had a few whores to myself today and decided to pop it on and snap some pics. Aesthetically the front kinda needed something
to visually bring the bumper down without having to slam the car. The trunk kinda looked good already and understated but I liked
mimicking the 2 jutting edges from the front of the car on the back. I thought about paint matching but I think my buddy is sick
of my ongoing projects and once they arrived I knew that keeping them black was the right choice to match the other blacked out
stuff.

Looks great!
One of these days I'll get around to pulling the front lip/splitter off my bumper & wrapping/painting it black. The OE chrome wrap/foil is pretty beat up on the bottom from the prior owner.

@svtmike I'm getting that way too...even in pulling it out of the box I considered not installing it
but then I really liked the subtle but added touch. At $120 shipped I figured I'd give it a go and see
how I felt and how it held up. The Front lip I'm one billion percent in love with though.

I think the rear works well. I've seen some similar on the W205 that are too big & just look too aftermarket for me. Yours is a just a bit bigger than I'd expect an OE to be, but not over the top.
Oddly, I prefer the OE Sport spoiler on mine over the AMG lip spoiler on the 43/63 cars.

Well no...
I picked it because it's not too large...but I kinda expected it to be like a traditional fiberglass or abs piece and it's more
like an acrylic thin piece.

@1killercls
Oddly, I've seen a couple of other Volcano that blacked out and I don't like the look.
I would more quickly reverse what I've already blacked out than go any further with it.
