Trust me, I know! Best is, narrow down to a few...I normally eliminate the ones that don't have an example...I then cross reference to instagram #burtonsilver or google image to see if I can get a better idea...
they can also send you some free swatches of your choices. Honestly, both times I picked colors, when I went to pick them up I was a surprised and they weren't what I had in mind. After a few days and pictures though,
I fall in
and let's face it, the finish is extremely robust! Doesn't damage easily at all.

They look great! They came out darker than expected, but in a good way. I like how the brakes pop behind them... very classy.

Thanks Adam! Took a day to get used to it, since it's a drastic change...but I agree.

the darker silver looks so good on the black! I might see about getting it vinyl wrapped or just plastidip!

I vote either black chrome, or something similar to the wheels.

QFT.

I would like to see the chrome toned down, so, if that is something you would consider, I the overall look would be nicely completed.......until the engine mods get done.

This is exactly what I thought too. I still dig the polished/chrome wheel on the V's but your combo looks sick and makes the silver caliper pop. And those front calipers are fucking massive.. Holy

Thank, Jefe.
I think that anything that has black in it won't give you the contrast you're looking for.

hmmmm. Its tough to decide eh? Can literally look at colours and combos forever and still not come up with something solid. I was thinking something like this. I want some contrast but I also dont want it too bright either....Dont want to "derail" your thread But I like getting your opinions on this stuff. You have a great eye for that stuff and good taste

Flattery will get you everywhere
Thanks...
when searching finishes, pay attention to the photo...that one has brightness and contrast and shadows probably maneuvered a bit to make the wheel pop more.
Just sayin!

do you have any recommendations for finishes when you were looking? I know you were coating a different wheel but you have experience with the advan wheel. Id like to have the wheel a hair dark so that I can refinish the etched lettering in the barrel to pop as well.

I feel as if that hyper silver can sometimes look flat and dull

I was assuming it was after powdercoat.

I assume you would likely take care of the lettering first then mask it off to lay the powder to the wheel itself.

ninja westside.. it's gripe tuesday
I don't like the cluster logic.. it's a fucking sloth.. it's like a full second delay (not real-time)
I've accidentally bumped the turn signal and it'll blink twice even though I never engaged it into the the locked position..
The high beams also have a delay, not a biggie, but changes the message I'm trying to convey (short pulse not long pulse!!)
For example, hey there's cops up there or watchout, there's something in the road up ahead comes off as.. hey asshole, turn off your brights...

Funny but I noticed that yesterday...I highbeamed a guy like GO bro...it took so long to go back to low beam I'm pretty sure he FUCK YOU'd ME thinking I was highbeaming him.
about the signal...you know that's a feature, right? LIke, so you don't have to fully click when you're just doing a lane change...Betty's does it, my F150 does it...it was the biggest thing i was looking forward to in the V. That and the mpg

Seriously though, that signal is LOUD AF!!!!
