A) Make a relief cut in the fender so it will roll easier. I'm not seeing how your fenders look from the pics you've posted, so that may not be a possibility. The last thing you want to do is to go at it too aggressively and pull the fenders by accident.
B) Get different brand tires next time that run more narrow. Throw the spacers in a box and wait until you burn through your rear tires.
C) Man The Fuck Up!
B ran through my mind too...was thinking to do the 6MM slide on ones for now...and then I'll revisit when I burn through tires.
Great suggestions!

A...no, it's literally a U shaped fender so I really think it'll take a LOT of force to get it to go flat. And what if the outside fender gives before the inside edge?
I've probably rolled 10 cars in my life and I backed away from this one...

Holy shit man you went crazy on that shit. Chisel and a tie down straps really

The fenders can't really be that bad to get a small roll can they?

OK I just went out in the garage and looked at the rear fenders. They look almost exactly as my isf ones did. I feel pretty confident you shouldn't have an issue getting the! From flat to a 45 degree angle which should give just enough clearance.

I got some of that covered.

I understand the hesitation on doing something that will fuck up the paint on such an expensive car. I was hesitant to roll the fenders on the F. Did it though and never looked back and all was good. The paint on the inside did crack a small amount but never ever peel off around the outside. The wheels always still rubbed over the worst bumbs everyday so it never was able to build up rust.

If I want to keep the paint from cracking there is an awesome shop in PA I could take it to that did the TSX. They were so careful and expierenced at it with heating the paint and slowly working the metal that nothing cracked. It was awesome to watch them work their magic on it.

^^^none of which you've done!
honestly, the car is fast enough for my daily commute, I ain't messing with oem just yet. I don't feel like troubleshooting any issues.
Betty REALLY doesn't want me to give up on the spacers. LOL...she said she really loves how mean the car looks sitting low and wide.
Since I'm not on coilovers and won't be doing any adjusting of height, I think it's smart to go get an alignment. I know that when I pulled the camber
out the toe ended up pointing in...so the car feels a little wonky right now and steering wheel isn't straight. Come to think of it, I have a feeling
when toe is corrected, I won't be rubbing.

Dammit...that was pointing at Majofo, not you.
I guess I just don't want to deal with rubbing, period.
I'm in need of an alignment regardless...and the springs have settled...now would be the time to get it done.
I'll see what my passenger side camber is set at and have my buddy match the driver side and get the toe
to zero.

If with the alignment I'm still rubbing, then I'll either consider some rolling, or remove spacers.
It's odd but I had to adjust the fender roller to the bigger setting for the V...but when putting outward force, I ran out of threading to push out...
odd.

I mean, I only need a little but almost everyone that says they went at it mentions "a little pull" which I DEFINITELY don't want.
Rolled Finders???
and jeez...that forum has a hard time sharing photos and actual experiences...almost all threads die at 2 pages.

Yeah I agree I don't really want any pull at all but I think the nature of fender rolling it might almost be impossible unfortunately unless you use the hammber method and put a block of rubber coated wood on the outside of the fender to keep a straight line. From the way you make it sound you only need like 5mm more clearance and not 1/4 or 1/2in like that thread I posted.

Oh and yes they are terrible at sharing photos. When I start my build thread I think it might crash the site with all the photos I will post.

I already did...
and I'm a whore...
same thing happened on S2KI...you post and share and respond and you'll see 1000 people have visited and 1 comments.
I think AZ spoiled me into actually have conversations

Yeah, I actually need VERY little...we'll see...I'll take the alignment approach again, I don't like how the negative camber/ and toe being off looks...I'm thinking I should either get it aligned today
or bump the camber back to where it was. I still don't get why it rubbed when the other side didn't.

Well, it is a Cadillac forum. They need to take the pictures they need, then another 20 or 32 pictures of the grandkids etc to finish it off. Then drive the roll over to Walgreens and drop it off for development and scanning. Then they can get on the AOL, but you know how slow that uploads, and someone inevitability will pick up the phone halfway through and interrupt the connection.

So I can see why there are so few pictures there. Well that and how they forget what they're doing halfway through writing a post when they need to go outside to shout at the youths playing too loudly in the street wearing their baggy pants and using that filthy language they allow on the radio these days. Would you like a Werther's? Maybe a peppamint? I've got some her in my sweatah pocket...

have you tried putting painters tape around the entire wheel arch edge and going for a drive so you can see the exact spot that it rubs?

I have had a tire rub before without enough contact to remove paint the first couple of days. Obviously though if it is rubbing enough yes that works too.

Okay...alignment at 4pm today...
I'll set driver side to same as passenger side camber then get the toe set up...
if I'm still only mildly rubbing with 3 adults in the car...I might just let it ride or see where it's touching and roll a tad bit with more time and patience (I was frustrated yesterday).
If not, spacers off.

I can't get over how great and aggressive she looks low and wide though, especially in the rear!

The stance is already crazy.. I mean you're running hot rod tires on the rears, because hello.. you have a fucking hot rod.
Maybe I'm old school, but I would never fuck with spacers.

amirite?!?!

You are old school...and I'm realizing I might be too.
Let me just do this...alignment and see what's what...if it ain't rubbing, I love the look. If it is, they come off and I'll sell them.

Let me get this straight.. you messed up alignment, or alignment was already messed up?
I'm guessing cut springs
If you only had 2 inches
