14 MPG...good luck with that!
If I tell my wife I will not be getting aftermarket wheels, she'll let me powdercoat mine. And something either formula silver or gunmetal would be TETAS from TEJAS!

LMAO Adam...that definition is hilarious.
Chad hasn't been around much lately.
I actually miss his banter.

My insurance went up $20
I pay something like $500/yr for 100/300/100, $250 deduct, rental.. most of the bells and whistles.
... and... I have been averaging 14.5 mpg
... because school started

I vote for aftermarket ones. I like the polished on your car and it would always leave you a set of wheels to have in storage in case you get a nail in a tire or something and you can't get a replacement tire for your 20s right away Just trying to help.

I am paying like $1500 a year and mine only went up like $60 from the F. I have 300/500/300 though but with all the bells and whistles and a $500 deduct. I need better insurance I guess.

13mpg is what I have been averaging. My 1.7 mile commute to work probably has something to do with it. The car doesn't even get to temp in the morning by the time I park at work.

I have zero highway driving in my daily commute...I got 11.8 first tank and 10.9 2nd take where I took people on joyrides to show the car off.
I agree Jason...that's what my wife would say...you're FOS, you're gonna get rims no matter what
She's right, as soon as my mod fund started getting replenished with my part out from the TL I started looking

Need that exhaust first though

My insurance was LOWER in the V than the TL-S. WTF...
and 500 a year??!! That's insane...I think we have 50/100/50...250 dickductible...rental no tow...$1400 every 6 months. Thanks SoFla and all your damn insurance fraud.
That's for all 3 cars though, so not too bad.

Quoted in case J is on the ignore list.

But only if the mods haven't made quotes of blocked users blocked too.

What if you quote someone who is ignored, but you're also on the ignored list.. does it cancel out..
I'm guessing not

ignored [quote=ignored/] != show

I don't know that was just what my parents always carried on their insurance so I got the same thing. Maybe I sould get it reduced. Heck it costs almost double my home insurance.

I can't wait to see what you do with it. Next it will be exhaust, then wheels, and then smaller pulley with upgrade hx, throttle body, and a tune.

I still don't know how you managed that. You must have only been doing 55mph which my foot does not know how to compute.

Also just for referance with a roof box and on the highway the best I have managed is 16.5mpg.

Roofbox = extra drag

my rough calculations say they hinder you at rate of 4 mpgees

I was about to say, as a kid...I HATED the old candies that squirted that nasty fruit jizz in your mouth...
I loved the peppermints and werthers.

Oh and great news...Eibach spacers arrived at home already...
bad news...my wife was there. Luckily I told her about that purchase.
OH yeah, and I don't have a car to put them on. Called today and due to humidity...guy asked if he can have the car an extra week...Majofo, hard for me not to picture him Ferris Buellering over the long weekend.
