Nice to meat you Toblerone!
(But you don't need to add where you live to your name here, just the name will do).

well, i sold and shipped the flashpro so i had some paypal funds that weren't allocated yet
and I did say that I wouldn't spend new money on mods until I sold some things...or the entire car!
so that covered springs and intake !
tints and all weather mats are a necestitty though.

I did that for the window trim and rear trim. However, part of me still wants to see the badges just more of a shadow of them. Basically aluminum in like a dark grey anodize.

I personally don't wanna lose the contrast of the badge...
I guess from my black on black on black days with the first TL, I want the contrast. Same with wheels, I want a nice bright silver or polished looking set this go.

If only this type of beauty/beast vehicle was widely available here in Canukistan.
Next to nothing(when I have checked out of curiosity) on the market, at least in this province.
Rare 'bird', Je-Remy, going to look good, real good, once lowered.

Thanks D!
Dude, they're hard to find on this side of the border too...that's mainly why I had to move...they were more hard to find with even less of the sought after options than when I looked 6 months ago. I thought maybe the V3 coming out would bring pricing down but it's a different car in a different price range and all it did was reinforce the love people have for their V2...ESPECIALLY the Wagon!

but really considering I look at the car now thinking it doesn't "need" to be dropped...
I have a feeling I'll be happy where it's at with the springs
I think part of it is because the wagon reminds me of an SUV and with an SUV it doesn't need to be on the ground to be low.

That is why I want to lower though. I want to take away any SUV though and make it only make people think it is a wagon. One crazy badass wagon on steroids.

Dear V Diary,
Today I took a phone call in the car using bluetooth...when I did so it automatically turned the AC down (which I was reaching for to do the same)...
Thanks for that, that's a pretty nifty feature.
Also, I realized today that when making a u-turn, the turn radius is spectacular, literally will turn onto an oncoming 2 lane road with room to spare.
It also dawned on me that this is also why I need to hand over hand to make a 90 degree turn when I used to be able to make it with 3 and 9 o'clock without lifting my hands.
The good with the bad
That is all,
Thank you!
Jeremy

Is that really a feature of it turning down the AC? I never noticed that before. I will have to try it now.

It really is!
Also, light at the end of the transport company damage tunnel.
I found a place that seems to do excellent work, great reviews, and said the V wagon was very rare and his favorite car...that's the person I want fixing these stupid dents.
Damage isn't terrible, but bad enough that I want it perfect since the rest of the car is perfect.
Anyway, the people I sub'd too said the transport denied liability because I signed the delivery paperwork. Next time I do this, they better bring a folding chair cause they're gonna wait for my signature until I get under, over, wash the car wax the car and THEN I'll tell them that it's okay to leave.
Fkng touch up paint to hide it then lie about it...
So anyway, the people I paid are ones that deal with my seller a lot so they probably did it to make me happy...they refunded me enough to cover almost all the repair, which I'm fine with. I still gave them an earful about being more clear about what their "additional insurance" costs and covers because it was vague and the girl on the phone when I called for clarification didn't know either. So I skipped it...in the end though, my out of pocket will be far less than their fake ass insurance anyway.
As soon as the payment was approved...I created an account and gave the LLC that actually damaged my car a 1 star rating...that's the start...I will go on every place that takes a review for them and post that review...in addition I plan to submit a complaint with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration...
I will not mention the name of the people I contracted with, since they did right by me.
Incredible.

If you got as far as a test drive, why haven't you pulled the trigger?
Waiting on the perfect combination?
I really wanted not black, and manual and wagon and recaro...
but, you know...at a cost of probably 15-25K more...
I'd rather keep my S2000 and still get my wagon fix.
Imagine if I'd settled on a 3.6

Adam,
if you recall the reason that ended up debadged was because the "TL" stickers weren't holding on very well so I decided to just remove them entirely. Once I did, I didn't mind, but if they'd have been holding, I would have left it on too.
